Design Overview

First, we conduct rapid DFM adaptation analysis on your design, focusing on verifying the flexible compatibility of assembly processes (adapting to multi-model switching). We synchronously complete tooling versatility evaluation and develop a process plan including line change takt and inspection nodes, ensuring a smooth transition from small-batch trial assembly to mass production.

Part Preparation

Before assembly, parts pass batch part sampling inspection (AQL 1.0 standard) and undergo rapid cleanliness verification (compliant with VDA 19.1 cleanliness specifications). We also test the roughness of key mating surfaces to ensure parts meet the basic requirements of assembly processes, reducing on-site adjustment time.

Assembly

Our assembly team achieves rapid line change assembly of multi-model parts, relying on flexible error-proof fixtures and standardized work processes. We use portable gauges to inspect key dimensions during the process, ensuring the consistency of key assembly characteristics to guarantee component function and takt stability.

Packaging & Delivery

After assembly, we use standard protective packaging (adapted to mainstream logistics transportation specifications) and attach traceability labels containing batch and material codes. Through order priority management, we ensure finished products are delivered per demand nodes, with key data of the assembly process traceable.

Assembly Methodsfor Parts

Process selection based on production efficiency and cost adaptation is the key to balancing assembly quality and delivery lead time.

Technician performing manual assembly inspection

Manual Assembly

Performed by technicians proficient in rapid assembly processes, it adapts to small-batch, multi-variety component assembly (e.g., customized equipment modules). General-purpose measuring tools are used to control key fit dimensions, ensuring assembly accuracy meets working condition requirements.

Molding assembly process equipment

Molding Assembly

Efficient insert/overmolding processes are used, with multi-model adaptation achieved via mold quick-change structures. After molding, rapid appearance and dimension inspections are performed to ensure assembly integration effect and batch consistency.

Mechanical assembly welding process

Mechanical Assembly

Threaded connections are executed with preset torque tools, and riveting processes ensure positioning accuracy via general-purpose tooling. Welding processes comply with industry general specifications, and visual inspection verifies connection appearance and basic strength, adapting to mass production efficiency needs.

Adhesive assembly dispensing process

Adhesive Assembly

High-efficiency curing structural adhesives are selected, with glue volume accuracy controlled by semi-automatic dispensers. After curing, initial bond strength tests are performed to ensure basic stability of adhesive joints, adapting to the takt needs of batch assembly.

We Flexibly Support Efficient AssemblyNeeds Across Scenarios

Technician assembling components inside an equipment chassis

We support efficient assembly of multi-category components, covering structural parts, general equipment, batch functional parts, etc. Relying on flexible assembly lines and rapid changeover processes, we can efficiently respond to full-cycle assembly needs from trial verification to mass production, balancing efficiency and basic assembly quality.

Assembly Needs List:

  • General structural steel components (supporting small-batch rapid changeover assembly)
  • Efficient assembly of metal batch parts (adapted to AQL 1.0 batch sampling standards)
  • Rapid integrated assembly of plastic parts (meeting regular working condition fit requirements)
  • Assembly of general industrial equipment (adapting to mass production takt requirements)
  • Standardized assembly of electrical components (meeting basic electrical safety specifications)
  • Assembly of regular fixtures (ensuring batch consistency)
